Fee Structure For ‘Party Select’ Mediations:

2 Party Case: $250 per hour

3 Party Case: $325 per hour

4 Party Case: $400 per hour

5+ Party Case: Flat Rate Available Upon Request

Travel time and expenses, including meals and lodging, billed separately and split equally among the parties at the hourly rate.

Pre/Post Consultation & Document Review: Hourly Mediation Rate

Mediation Admin Fees: Mediation Admin Fee - $300

Fee Structure For NC Superior Court Appointed Mediations:

$150.00 per hour for mediation services plus a $175 one-time, per case administrative fee.

Fee Structure For NC Clerk of Court Appointed Mediations:

$150.00 per hour for mediation services plus a $150 one-time, per case administrative fee.

Fee Structure for NC Industrial Commission Appointed Mediations:

$150.00 per hour for mediation services plus a $150 one-time, per case administrative fee.
